We were hesitant at first to use Inform Buyers and Vipul's services, as we were not sure what value they would bring as we hadn't used Buyer's Agent before. After a few conversations, we decided to try using their services since we had been looking to re-invest into the property market for about 6 weeks with no luck.

I was initially unsure about whether to use a buyers agent for the purchase of a residential property but decided to give it a try. After committing to Vipul I was sure it was the right decision as he hit the ground running trying to source a property that met with my criterion. Throughout the process the communication was constant and the updates were confirming my own research. After some 6 months searching in a tight market Vipul found an off-market opportunity that was keenly sought after by other buyers.
