I cannot recommend Vipul and the team at Inform Buyers highly enough. From the moment I was referred to Vipul by a trusted source, I felt confident I was in good hands. His thoughtful, analytical, and genuinely client-focused approach gave me confidence throughout what was a significant life transition. As someone downsizing from a large family home with extensive gardens into an apartment, I had very high expectations and a long list of requirements. Vipul took the time to truly understand my concerns, priorities, and must-have features. Rather than simply showing me available properties, he carefully curated options that closely matched what I was looking for. Beyond the property search itself, Vipul provided invaluable guidance on financial scenarios, market insights, and practical advice that helped me make informed decisions with confidence. The team worked with me well before we sold our family home, patiently getting to know my needs, helping me understand the market, and ultimately finding the right apartment at a competitive price. What has impressed me most is that their support didn't end once I purchased. They have continued to assist by recommending reliable trades and services and remain a trusted source of advice whenever I've needed it. Inform Buyers are far more than a buyer's agency—they are trusted advisers who genuinely care about achieving the best outcome for their clients. Their professionalism, expertise, and ongoing commitment have been exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

We had a great experience working with Vipul and Liam. We were searching for a place to call home, and it took us quite some time to find one that truly suited both our preferences and budget. Feeling quite overwhelmed, we decided to engage with the Inform Buyers team — and it was absolutely worth it. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, presented well-researched options, and provided honest, practical advice at every stage. Their knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and far less stressful. Most importantly, they helped us secure our first home—a place that ticked all the boxes. We would highly recommend Inform Buyers to anyone looking to purchase property.

Vipul and Liam at Inform Buyers made our property purchase seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend! They took the time to truly understand what we needed in a home. They secured a fantastic property for us just as it hit the market, which ticked all our boxes. We're thrilled with it and incredibly excited to be living there. Their strong relationships with local real estate agents gave us a thorough, honest picture of each property and area, as well as early access to pre-market and off-market opportunities. Due diligence was excellent throughout: careful value analysis to ensure we weren't overpaying and were getting a high-performing asset. They also coordinated with bankers, brokers, lawyers, and conveyancers, making the whole process, with all its moving pieces, much easier to manage. Being so busy, we could not have moved as quickly on our own. In such a competitive market, their service is invaluable and gives buyers a much better chance of securing the right property.

We honestly wouldn't have secured our home without Vipul. With two young daughters, spending every weekend inspecting properties and trying to understand the market just wasn't realistic for us. Having Vipul on our side was a game changer. He took so much of the stress and uncertainty out of the process, attending inspections, providing detailed feedback, and helping us focus on what actually mattered. As first home buyers, it was incredibly valuable having someone explain what we should care about, what we shouldn't get hung up on, and what trade-offs were reasonable to make. He helped us understand the difference between genuine issues and things that could easily be fixed, which gave us a lot more confidence when evaluating properties. Beyond the search itself, Vipul was outstanding throughout negotiations and helped us make informed decisions every step of the way. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home, not just any home. If you're busy, overwhelmed by the process, or simply want an expert in your corner, I'd highly recommend Vipul and Inform Buyers. The value he provided far exceeded what we expected, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We cannot thank Vipul and Liam enough for their incredible support on our property journey. My partner and I were ready to move, but we felt out of our depth negotiating until a friend recommended Vipul. From the very first day, his advice was spot on. Vipul and Liam knew exactly what we should prioritise and which properties were worth skipping. Vipul actually encouraged us to view a place that hadn't been on our radar. It turned out to be perfect. We started our journey looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and ended up with a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom freestanding townhouse in our dream location. Thank you Vipul and Liam, we couldn’t recommend your team enough!

I can’t speak highly enough of Vipul and the support and expertise he provided during the purchase of my property. His knowledge of the local area, passion for real estate and practical approach was such an asset. We looked at so so many places together, many of which were pre or off market - a massive benefit of Vipul’s positive relationship with the local real estate agents. Vipul persevered with me for many months and the end result was fantastic for me and my family, ticked every box! He streamlined the buying process, from viewings to building reports, and his excellent property analysis give me financial confidence in what is a significant investment! The ‘unofficial phone auction’ was manageable because of him, knowing without him I would never have got the house I am so happy in with my family! Thank you Vipul!!

After a detailed conversation with Vipul and careful consideration, I chose to engage Inform Buyers for my next property purchase. The team’s deep understanding of the North Shore market, combined with Vipul’s wide network of real estate agents and sharp negotiating skills, helped secure the perfect property before it even hit the market. This not only saved me the time and stress of competing with other buyers but ensured I found exactly what I was looking for. The property ticked all the boxes, and Vipul’s familiarity with the strata building, along with his thorough due diligence and valuation analysis, gave me full confidence in the purchase. In fact, the price I paid was excellent, especially given that just weeks after our deal, three subsequent sales in the same block went for significantly higher prices. Vipul’s passion for his work was evident throughout the process, as he always strived to achieve the best possible outcome for me. His team was equally impressive, providing exceptional support during the buying process and even going above and beyond to make the transition smoother, easing the stress of moving house. Working with the Inform Buyers team was an absolute pleasure, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to save time, money, and stress in their property purchase. Inform Buyers truly delivers on their promise and come highly recommended!

Vipul and Judith helped my wife and I buy our first home in Sydney. We had a very clear (and a long) list of requirements and a tight budget, but they were able to work with us to understand what our non-negotiables are, and what elements we can still work with. They were able to secure a property for us which is well under our budget, in an excellent North Shore location with the best amenities. Vipul is highly knowledgeable about the Sydney (especially North Shore) real estate market and knows intricate details about the home buying experience. He was able to demonstrate his knowledge and expertise through all our interactions, and coached us through the process, often taking time to review and explain details which were overwhelming for first-home buyers like us. He is an excellent negotiator and ensured we got the best possible deal. Plus, he is extremely well connected across the entire home-buying value chain and was able to introduce us to our mortgage broker, who secured us good rates on our home loan. Finally, he also recommended contractors for us to engage for any future renovations at our new property. I can honestly say we would not have been able to secure the property we bought at the price we got it for, had it not been for Vipul and Judith. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for properties in and around the North Shore areas of Sydney.

As a Licensed agent/Auctioneer for over 35+ years it was a pleasure to meet and close a property opportunity with Judith. As a buys advocate, this was a perfect example of two opposing professionals working equally with their clients, seeing things eye to eye working closely together to find a middle ground and an acceptance of offer prlor to auction. This seamless transaction indicated to me years of experience, graced with an easy-going personality and a professional style made this transaction a stress free Example of how opportunities can close for clients using buyer agents. Great job well done, Judith Look forward to closing another deal soon.. David Callagher Estate Agents

We worked with Vipul Nagji to help buy a home in Cammeray. Vipul is an absolute professional. His care towards us as clients and his desire to help secure a property that matched our specs was unquestionable. Vipul provided significant value to us at all stages of the process. Sourcing off-market and pre-market viewings, conducting property valuations backed up by loads of market knowledge and market statistics and then providing guidance through the negotiation for the desired property. We had absolute faith in Vipul's advice. Vipul genuinely cares about his clients and their outcomes. I would use Vipul again in a heartbeat and encourage others wanting a professional buyers agent and property adviser to talk to Vipul before buying a property. Worth every cent.

Vipul was great to deal with. He was concise, to the point and factual. He obviously had a great relationship with his client as well. He was introduced to the property prior to it going onto the market and managed to unconditionally exchange it within a 48 hour period. There was no doubt he was working in the interest of his client yet acted fairly during the negotiations. Look forward to working with him on the next deal.

As a real estate agent on the Lower North Shore, I knew Vipul was the right choice when purchasing an apartment for my family. Within 4 weeks, he secured an off-market property at an excellent price. His deep knowledge of the market and strong relationships provided access to genuine off-market opportunities. Vipul's expertise in strata helped me confidently assess the risks and benefits, making the entire process smooth and informed. He also connected me with top-notch industry professionals, from conveyancers to flooring specialists. Thanks to Vipul, I now have a home that ticks all the boxes and was secured under budget.

Vipul was terrific at distilling our (often competing) requirements so we didn’t have to look at apartments he knew would not fit the bill. He was patience personified as we worked our way through 90 odd properties before settling on the forever home!

Vipul's expertise extends far beyond the typical buyer agent. While his bio highlights his extensive local market knowledge and wide network, it's his intuitive approach that truly stands out. My initial skepticism vanished when he skillfully uncovered my hidden desires, leading me to reconsider a property I had initially rejected. His analogy of finding the perfect pair of jeans resonated deeply with me. Just as one wouldn't settle after trying on a single pair, Vipul emphasized the importance of thorough exploration in the home-buying process. His gentle yet probing questions challenged my brief and guided me to view the property from various perspectives, ultimately leading to the discovery of my dream home. Vipul's commitment to understanding his clients' needs and his meticulous approach to research make him an invaluable asset in the competitive real estate market. If you're seeking more than just a property transaction but a true partner in your home search, Vipul's services come highly recommended.

We were hesitant at first to use Inform Buyers and Vipul's services, as we were not sure what value they would bring as we hadn't used Buyer's Agent before. After a few conversations, we decided to try using their services since we had been looking to re-invest into the property market for about 6 weeks with no luck. It didn't take long before Vipul was able to get us into look at properties before they were available on the market, and also broadened our perception of what was possible. In the end, Vipul was able to get us into a place which was not within our original area of choice, but was actually better all up; and was able to buy the place for much lower than the asking price through the due diligence and market knowledge of the area. We are convinced that we would use Inform Buyers services again when looking for our next home.

I was initially unsure about whether to use a buyers agent for the purchase of a residential property but decided to give it a try. After committing to Vipul I was sure it was the right decision as he hit the ground running trying to source a property that met with my criterion. Throughout the process the communication was constant and the updates were confirming my own research. After some 6 months searching in a tight market Vipul found an off-market opportunity that was keenly sought after by other buyers. His real value came when we got to the negotiation and closing stage as we had to move very quickly to secure the property and get the contract signed in a matter of hours. In short I could not have secured the property without Vipul and I'm extremely happy with the result.
