Vipul Nagji is the driving force behind Inform Buyers, a company he founded to balance the scales in the Australian property market, where buyers are often under-represented in a landscape tilted toward sellers. As the Principal of Inform Buyers, Vipul’s vision is to empower clients with the insights and strategic knowledge they need to make confident, informed property decisions, whether they’re purchasing a home or seeking investment opportunities.
With a rich personal history as a value-driven investor, Vipul has built an extensive property portfolio spanning five countries. His background across diverse property markets, combined with his role as a qualified Chartered Accountant and economist, provides clients with a unique advantage. Vipul’s rational, data-oriented approach helps clients assess property risks and financial benefits clearly aligned with their goals. His expertise is enhanced by three decades in investment markets, including a former career in Funds Management, equipping clients with an investor’s lens to evaluate property as a wealth-building asset and consider diversification strategies.
Since moving from the UK to Australia in 2012, Vipul has immersed himself in the intricacies of the Sydney property market. His experience includes transactions across a broad range of property types, from Torrens title and strata-managed properties to heritage-listed and cash flow-positive investments. Through countless inspections and auctions, he’s gained an in-depth understanding of the local market’s nuances. This knowledge, paired with his extensive network and strategic insights, positions clients to navigate Sydney’s competitive market confidently.
