Brief – Our clients were a large family who engaged our services being fed up with sacrificing their Saturdays to search for property at a time when supply was short and competition fierce. They needed something that was within the catchment of Killarney Heights High School and were open to different ideas with respect to buy and renovate or buy and enjoy immediately.

Accomplishment – we shortlisted several off-market and pre-market opportunities and within 11 days of taking our full search service, secured them an excellent off-market block of land at a fantastic price, set in a prime location where they could build their dream home.

Service – Sourced off-market through our relationship with a local real estate agent. Offers were invited by a particular deadline for consideration by the vendor. We beat the competition by a slim margin and favourable contractual terms, including a five-day cooling off period. In parallel, we confirmed with the Council and arborists that a large fig tree (with an invasive root system) could be removed without permission and even obtained two quotes for the client in the process

I can’t speak highly enough of Vipul and the support and expertise he provided during the purchase of my property. Vipul and Judith helped my wife and I buy our first home in Sydney. We had a very clear (and a long) list of requirements and a tight budget, but they were able to work with us to understand what our non-negotiables are, and what elements we can still work with. They were able to secure a property for us which is well under our budget, in an excellent North Shore location with the best amenities.

Vipul is highly knowledgeable about the Sydney (especially North Shore) real estate market and knows intricate details about the home buying experience. He was able to demonstrate his knowledge and expertise through all our interactions, and coached us through the process, often taking time to review and explain details which were overwhelming for first-home buyers like us. He is an excellent negotiator and ensured we got the best possible deal. Plus, he is extremely well connected across the entire home-buying value chain and was able to introduce us to our mortgage broker, who secured us good rates on our home loan. Finally, he also recommended contractors for us to engage for any future renovations at our new property.

We were hesitant at first to use Inform Buyers and Vipul's services, as we were not sure what value they would bring as we hadn't used Buyer's Agent before. After a few conversations, we decided to try using their services since we had been looking to re-invest into the property market for about 6 weeks with no luck.
It didn't take long before Vipul was able to get us into look at properties before they were available on the market, and also broadened our perception of what was possible.
In the end, Vipul was able to get us into a place which was not within our original area of choice, but was actually better all up; and was able to buy the place for much lower than the asking price through the due diligence and market knowledge of the area.
We are convinced that we would use Inform Buyers services again when looking for our next home.

I was initially unsure about whether to use a buyers agent for the purchase of a residential property but decided to give it a try. After committing to Vipul I was sure it was the right decision as he hit the ground running trying to source a property that met with my criterion. Throughout the process the communication was constant and the updates were confirming my own research. After some 6 months searching in a tight market Vipul found an off-market opportunity that was keenly sought after by other buyers. His real value came when we got to the negotiation and closing stage as we had to move very quickly to secure the property and get the contract signed in a matter of hours. In short I could not have secured the property without Vipul and I'm extremely happy with the result.
