Brief – Our investor client had a requirement for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment with good rental returns.

Accomplishment – the client was delighted to purchase a unique north-east facing Studio with three living spaces and a large bathroom. The Studio earns a gross rental return of 4.1% and has the potential to add further value by separating the bedroom.

Service – Our relationship with the sales agent allowed us multiple private inspections and gave us the advantage of being the preferred buyer in a property that had a lot of interest at the asking price. We made the necessary enquiries as part of the due diligence, including a review of the Strata report and comparing similar sales and rental values in the area. On Settlement, we helped our client lease the property with only two vacancy days, receiving twelve applications across two open inspections.
